More and more fresh and organic vegetables

Declining vegetables in all their  forms is our business.
Fresh, organic and mainly in season, they inspire our recipes.
We also favour short supply chains.

Convenient and appropriate packaging

Our quiches are delivered frozen and ready to cook . Our soups and ready-to-eat vegetables  are packaged in a self-supporting plastic bag, easy to store, which allows a long shelf life (21 days).

Some products are directly available in individual portions.

Our products allow you to compose beautiful dishes, balanced in terms of flavours and fats.
Your compositions become easy to promote to your customers.
Our soups are vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.

The creator of Notes de mon Jardin

Philippe Debra, artisan of flavours

Ever since he was a child, Phillipe Debra has been creative and passionate about flavours and authentic cuisine.

After graduating from the hotel school in Namur, he began his career as a chef in various renowned restaurants in Brussels and Walloon Brabant.

After a few years behind the stove, he decided to set up his own business and to try a more inventive cuisine.
He creates original recipes to reveal the richness and diversity of seasonal vegetables.

He then prepared vegetable pies for bakeries and grocery shops in Brussels and Walloon Brabant.

His creations were a great success and led him to found Notes de mon Jardin in 1994.
