Made with courgettes, tomatoes, aubergines and peppers and goat’s cheese, this recipe offers a festival of colours and flavours in the mouth. Unlike our other recipes, this savoury pie contains no cream or milk. To be proposed, without moderation, to lactose intolerant people.
TASTING IDEAS
With this savoury tart, offer a salad of young shoots delicately dressed with vinegar. It also goes very well with our cold soups: cucumer mint, carot ginger or gazpacho.
