Notes de mon Jardin is a team of craftsmen at the service of catering professionals, whether they are wholesalers, distributors, retailers or restaurant owners.<\/p>

We create flavoured soups, savoury quiches or tarts and vegetarian or vegan preparations.<\/p>

Every day, our organic vegetables are meticulously prepared and cooked in our workshop in Tubize, by craftsmen trained to respect the ingredients and taste.<\/p>

Notes de mon Jardin, a Belgian company founded in 1994 by Philippe Debra.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From the beginning, Notes produced quiches and savoury tarts for quality catering companies.<\/p>

At the end of the nineties, Philippe Debra made a decisive turn by devoting himself to organic products.<\/p>

In 2007, soup, usually prepared for the scouts, made its way onto the Notes menu.
A new challenge was looming on the horizon: avoiding pasteurisation, which standardises the products.
After much thought and many trials, he found a solution to sublimate his fresh soups without pasteurisation.<\/p>

Then came the time to create original recipes to reveal the richness and diversity of seasonal vegetables in all their forms.<\/p>

After more than 10 years of activity in the B2B sector, the\u00a0Potagez!<\/a> brand was created to satisfy consumers’ sweet tooth.
