Philippe Debra, artisan of flavours<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ever since he was a child, Phillipe Debra has been creative and passionate about flavours and authentic cuisine.<\/p>\n\n

After graduating from the hotel school in Namur, he began his career as a chef in various renowned restaurants in Brussels and Walloon Brabant.<\/p>\n\n

After a few years behind the stove, he decided to set up his own business and to try a more inventive cuisine.
\nHe creates original recipes to reveal the richness and diversity of seasonal vegetables.<\/p>\n\n

He then prepared vegetable pies for bakeries and grocery shops in Brussels and Walloon Brabant.<\/p>\n\n

His creations were a great success and led him to found Notes de mon Jardin in 1994.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
